Terms of Service

Last updated: June 15, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SELV Wallet (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.

2. Description of Service

SELV Wallet is a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet accessible through the web app, the Telegram Mini App, a browser extension, and a Discord bot that allows users to:

  • Store and manage cryptocurrency across multiple blockchains
  • Send and receive digital assets
  • Purchase cryptocurrency using fiat currency via Stripe (subject to Stripe’s terms and KYC requirements)
  • Deposit cryptocurrency to third-party gaming and entertainment platforms
  • Interact with decentralized applications (dApps)
  • View transaction history and portfolio balance
  • Connect a Discord account to the same wallet for read-only commands (balance, portfolio) and optional notifications. All signing of transactions still happens on your device in the wallet app; the Discord bot never holds or requests your keys.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

3. Non-Custodial Wallet

SELV Wallet is a non-custodial service. This means:

  • You control your private keys: We do not store, access, or have control over your private keys or recovery phrases.
  • You are responsible for security: You must safeguard your recovery phrase and private keys. If lost, we cannot recover them.
  • Transactions are irreversible: Once a transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, it cannot be reversed.
  • No refunds: We cannot reverse, cancel, or refund transactions.

4. User Eligibility and Compliance

4.1 Geographic Restrictions

SELV Wallet is a self-custodial tool. Because the wallet is non-custodial and permissionless, we do not apply geographic access controls to core wallet functions (creating a wallet, holding keys, sending, or receiving). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the wallet complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. Third-party services we integrate (such as fiat on-ramps) perform their own geographic, identity, and sanctions screening under their own terms.

Restricted Jurisdictions: You may not use SELV Wallet if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or operating from any OFAC-sanctioned jurisdiction or region, including:

  • Cuba
  • Syria
  • Iran
  • North Korea
  • Russia
  • Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions of Ukraine

4.2 Prohibited Business Activities

We do not accept users or business entities involved in the following high-risk industries and activities:

  • Unlicensed or illegal gambling operations (users are responsible for ensuring gaming platforms comply with their local laws)
  • Adult content and services
  • Unregulated pharmaceutical sales
  • Illegal weapons or explosives
  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Fraud or deceptive practices
  • Sanctions evasion activities
  • Any other activities that violate applicable laws or regulations

4.3 Self-Custody and Third-Party Verification

SELV Wallet is a non-custodial wallet. We do not hold, take custody of, or have access to your private keys, recovery phrase, or funds. We do not perform identity verification, Know Your Customer (KYC), or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) screening as a precondition to creating or using a SELV Wallet.

Some features integrate with third-party providers (for example, fiat on-ramp providers such as Stripe and MoonPay). Those third parties perform their own identity verification, KYC, and sanctions screening under their own terms, independently of SELV Wallet. If you elect to use such a feature, you may be required to complete that third-party verification before proceeding. We do not receive or store the identity documents you provide to those third parties.

You remain solely responsible for the lawfulness of your own use of SELV Wallet in your jurisdiction. We may, in limited circumstances, restrict access to specific features from specific regions where compliance, legal, or platform policy obligations require it; those restrictions are surfaced at the point of use rather than as a global precondition.

4.4 General User Responsibilities

By using SELV Wallet, you agree to:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Not be located in or operating from a restricted jurisdiction
  • Not be engaged in prohibited business activities
  • Complete any KYC or sanctions checks required by third-party providers (such as fiat on-ramps) when you elect to use those features
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your recovery phrase and private keys
  • Not use the Service for illegal activities
  • Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Service
  • Verify all transaction details before confirming (recipient address, amount, network)
  • Understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency transactions
  • Certify that you do not support or otherwise conduct transactions with direct or indirect connections to high-risk countries and regions

5. Account Monitoring

SELV Wallet uses automated monitoring on its public infrastructure to detect abuse of the service itself (rate-limit evasion, attempts to bypass transaction-safety controls, and on-chain anomaly signals on the relayer wallet). Specifically, we may:

  • Monitor request patterns to SELV-operated endpoints for abuse signals
  • Apply rate limits and per-account abuse blocks to SELV-operated routes
  • Place temporary restrictions on a session pending review of detected abuse
  • Suspend or terminate access to SELV-operated services if we detect violations of these Terms

Because SELV Wallet is non-custodial (see §4.3), we cannot freeze your funds, reverse a transaction, or compel you to provide identity documents to us. Where identity verification is required for a specific feature (for example, fiat on-ramp via Stripe or MoonPay), that verification is performed by the third-party provider under their own terms and we do not receive or store the documents you provide to them.

6. Fees and Gas Costs

Sending and receiving are free — you pay only network fees. Swaps carry the platform fee shown before approval. Network and third-party fees are separate. Review the exact fee and recipient shown before approving a transaction.

  • Send / receive: 0%. Free on every chain — you pay only the network fee the blockchain itself charges.
  • Priority send: 0%. Free. Only on transaction paths that offer a priority tier; this is not a confirmation-time guarantee.
  • Token swap: 0.84% default. The effective rate may be changed by reviewed configuration and is shown before approval.
  • Gas relay compensation: max($0.20, 0.5% of the transaction), capped at $5. When a relayer fronts the network fee (gasless swaps today), its compensation is charged in the token being moved and shown before approval, alongside the standard swap fee.
  • RapidPulse deposit: 0.7%. RapidPulse is disabled by default. No fee is charged while the feature is unavailable.
  • RipGuard vault lock: 0.5% of the deposit. Charged only when a governed treasury is configured. Sablier may charge a separate SOL withdrawal fee at claim time.
  • Network fees: Validators or miners receive network fees. Amounts vary by network and congestion and are not paid to SELV.
  • Third-party fees: Swap and fiat providers may charge separate fees. The provider must disclose those fees before you approve its transaction.

7. Fiat-to-Crypto Purchases

Fiat purchases, when available, are provided by an independent on-ramp provider. SELV does not process or store payment card details. Provider identity checks, payment methods, supported assets, exchange rates, fees, geographic limits, disputes, and refunds are governed by the selected provider.

  • Stripe: Available only where both SELV region gating and Stripe allow the session. Privacy policy.
  • MoonPay: Availability and payment methods depend on MoonPay and the user region. Privacy policy.
  • Transak: Availability and payment methods depend on Transak and the user region. Privacy policy.
  • Ramp Network: Availability and payment methods depend on Ramp and the user region. Privacy policy.

8. Casino & Gaming Platform Deposits

SELV Wallet allows you to deposit cryptocurrency to third-party gaming and entertainment platforms (“Casino Deposits”). By using this feature:

  • Third-party platforms: SELV Wallet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party gaming platform. Deposits are sent directly to the blockchain address you provide or link.
  • User responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction. SELV Wallet does not verify the legality of gaming activities in your location.
  • Irreversible transactions: Casino deposits are standard blockchain transactions and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded by SELV Wallet.
  • Linked accounts: When you link a casino account, you provide the deposit address from the gaming platform. You are responsible for ensuring the address is correct. SELV Wallet is not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses.
  • Platform fees: A service fee (displayed before confirmation) applies to RapidPulse casino deposits when that feature is enabled.
  • Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use casino deposit features.
  • Responsible gaming: If you believe you have a gambling problem, please contact the National Council on Problem Gambling at 1-800-522-4700 or visit ncpgambling.org.

9. Risks and Disclaimers

Cryptocurrency transactions involve significant risks:

  • Price volatility: Cryptocurrency values can fluctuate dramatically.
  • Irreversible transactions: Blockchain transactions cannot be undone once confirmed.
  • Network risks: Blockchain networks may experience downtime, congestion, or forks.
  • Smart contract risks: Interacting with dApps involves smart contract risks beyond our control.
  • Regulatory changes: Cryptocurrency regulations may change and affect service availability.
  • Loss of funds: If you lose your recovery phrase, your funds will be permanently inaccessible.

You accept these risks by using the Service. We are not liable for any losses incurred.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • SELV Wallet is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for losses due to user error, forgotten passwords, or lost recovery phrases
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the past 12 months
  • We are not liable for third-party services, blockchain network issues, or smart contract vulnerabilities

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with SELV Wallet are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without express written permission.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or any illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. As a non-custodial wallet, you will retain access to your funds via your recovery phrase even after termination.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SELV Wallet, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any applicable laws.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SELV Wallet operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Compliance Attestation

By using SELV Wallet, you attest that:

  • You do not support or otherwise conduct transactions with direct or indirect connections to high-risk countries and regions listed in Section 4.1
  • You are not engaged in any prohibited business activities as listed in Section 4.2
  • Where a feature you elect to use requires third-party identity verification (for example, fiat on-ramp via Stripe or MoonPay), the information you provide to that third party is accurate and truthful. SELV Wallet does not collect identity verification documents from you.
  • You understand and accept these Terms of Service and all compliance requirements
  • You will immediately notify us of any changes to your circumstances that may affect your eligibility to use our services
  • You are of legal age to use cryptocurrency and gaming services in your jurisdiction

Failure to comply with these attestations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
